Ms. Mindy is the Owner of The Goddard School. She bought the school in 2003 and just celebrated her 22nd year as an owner! "I love what children teach us... patience, virtue, the value of friendship, laughter and so much more!"
Ms. Dyann is the Director of The Goddard School. She graduated from Springfield College with her Bachelor of Science. Ms. Dyann has been in the field of early childhood education for over twenty years and her favorite children’s book is Love You Forever. Ms. Dyann loves teaching “because there is no greater reward than seeing a person smile after achieving a task for the first time. I believe creating a positive environment allows people to be curious and ask questions, which encourages learning." Ms. Jen is our Director of Medication. She graduated from Lasell University with her BA in Child Psychology. Ms. Jen has been teaching for over twenty years, and her favorite children’s book is Diary of a Wimpy Kid. Ms. Jen loves teaching “because she is a child at heart and enjoys watching the children thrive.” A few of Ms. Jen’s favorite things are the color purple, dogs, salad, and spending time with her two wonderful sons.
Ms. Nicole is the Assistant Director of The Goddard School. She graduated from Wheaton College with her BA in American Studies and Education, with a minor in Psychology. Ms. Nicole has been in the field of early childhood education for over twenty years and her favorite children’s book is Polar Express. Ms. Nicole loves “watching all of her students grow, explore, create, and discover new fun and exciting things about themselves and the world around them.” A few of Ms. Nicole ’s favorite things are the colors navy blue and daisy yellow, penguins, Reece’s Peanut Butter Cups, Cheez It’s, reading, spending time with her niece and nephew, and all things Disney.
Ms. Adriana is one of our PreToddler teachers. Ms. Adriana is currently attending Massasoit Community College for Early Childhood Education. Ms. Adriana has been teaching for over three years and her favorite children’s books are The Narnia Series. Ms. Adriana loves teaching “because I love helping kids and watching them grow.” A few of Ms. Adriana’s favorite things are the colors pink and blue, cats, fruit, and online shopping.
Ms. Alexis is one of our Twos teachers. Ms. Alexis has been teaching for over three years and her favorite children’s book is The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle. Ms. Alexis loves teaching “because I enjoy watching the kids learn new things and discover new likes and dislikes.” A few of Ms. Alexis’s favorite things are the color red, racoons, veggie sticks, and spending time with her friends and family.
Ms. Ally is one of our Bridge teachers. She graduated from Quincy College with her Associates Degree. Ms. Ally has been teaching for over six years and her favorite children’s book is Pete The Cat. Ms. Ally loves “teaching because watching kids grow into these tiny humans is really fun. When they are proud of themselves for overcoming obstacles, it is super rewarding to have been part of that. Ms. Amber loves “helping the kids learn new tasks and seeing how proud of themselves they are when they get it.” A few of Ms. Amber’s favorite things are the color pink, cats, Goldfish, listening to music, and singing.
Ms. Bella is one of our Infant teachers. She graduated from Blue Hills Regional High School and she is currently attending Massasoit Community College. Ms. Bella has been teaching for over fours years and her favorite children’s book is The Cat In The Hat. Ms. Bella’s favorite thing about teaching is knowing I am a part of my students learning journey from a young age. I love that I am able to guide their developmental growth and help them reach their milestones.” A few of Ms. Bella’s favorite things are the color yellow, monkeys, apples and peanut butter, and shopping.
Ms. Chrissy is our Chef. She graduated from Johnson and Whales University. Ms. Chrissy owned a bakery in Needham and loves baking sweet treats. Ms. Chrissy loves cooking for the children of The Goddard School because she “enjoys creating new things and seeing the smiles on the children’s faces when it’s something they love.” A few of Ms. Chrissy’s favorite things are the color purple, her Pomeranian (Trixie), chips and dips, walking outside, and traveling.
Ms. Courtney is one of our Kindergarten teachers. She graduated from Massasoit Community College. Ms. Courtney has been teaching for over ten years, and her favorite children’s book is Oh, The Places You’ll Go. Ms. Courtney loves teaching, because it doesn’t feel like a job; it’s fun! Watching kids learn and grasping new concepts is very rewarding.” A few of Ms. Courtney’s favorite things are the color red, elephants, ice cream, and going to the beach.
Ms. Elaine is one of our Floating teachers. She graduated from Massasoit Community College with her Associates Degree in Early Chilhood Education. Ms. Elaine has been teaching for over eleven years and her favorite children’s book is Room On The Broom. Ms. Elaine finds “fulfillment in watching children develop new skills and build confidence. Ms. Melanie is one of our Floater Teachers. She has over 10 years experience in teaching and her favorite children's book is Chicka Chicka Boom Boom. Ms. Melanie has experience in all age groups but her passion is the Infant age. Ms. Melanie loves teaching "because I love being able to watch all of my friends grow and learn new things everyday!"
