• Ms Mindy

  Ms. Mindy is the Owner of The Goddard School. She bought the school in 2003 and just celebrated her 22nd year as an owner! "I love what children teach us... patience, virtue, the value of friendship, laughter and so much more!"

• Ms Dyann

  Ms. Dyann is the Director of The Goddard School. She graduated from Springfield College with her Bachelor of Science. Ms. Dyann has been in the field of early childhood education for over twenty years and her favorite children’s book is Love You Forever. Ms. Dyann loves teaching “because there is no greater reward than seeing a person smile after achieving a task for the first time. I believe creating a positive environment allows people to be curious and ask questions, which encourages learning." A few of Ms. Dyann’s favorite things are the color Lime Green, Skittles, being outside, gardening, reading, and spending time with her three wonderful kids.

• Ms Jennifer

  Ms. Jen is our Director of Medication. She graduated from Lasell University with her BA in Child Psychology. Ms. Jen has been teaching for over twenty years, and her favorite children’s book is Diary of a Wimpy Kid. Ms. Jen loves teaching “because she is a child at heart and enjoys watching the children thrive.” A few of Ms. Jen’s favorite things are the color purple, dogs, salad, and spending time with her two wonderful sons.

• Ms Nicole

  Ms. Nicole is the Assistant Director of The Goddard School. She graduated from Wheaton College with her BA in American Studies and Education, with a minor in Psychology. Ms. Nicole has been in the field of early childhood education for over twenty years and her favorite children’s book is Polar Express. Ms. Nicole loves “watching all of her students grow, explore, create, and discover new fun and exciting things about themselves and the world around them.” A few of Ms. Nicole ’s favorite things are the colors navy blue and daisy yellow, penguins, Reece’s Peanut Butter Cups, Cheez It’s, reading, spending time with her niece and nephew, and all things Disney.

• Ms Adriana

  Ms. Adriana is one of our PreToddler teachers. Ms. Adriana is currently attending Massasoit Community College for Early Childhood Education. Ms. Adriana has been teaching for over three years and her favorite children’s books are The Narnia Series. Ms. Adriana loves teaching “because I love helping kids and watching them grow.” A few of Ms. Adriana’s favorite things are the colors pink and blue, cats, fruit, and online shopping.

• Ms Alexis

  Ms. Alexis is one of our Twos teachers. Ms. Alexis has been teaching for over three years and her favorite children’s book is The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle. Ms. Alexis loves teaching “because I enjoy watching the kids learn new things and discover new likes and dislikes.” A few of Ms. Alexis’s favorite things are the color red, racoons, veggie sticks, and spending time with her friends and family.

• Ms Ally

  Ms. Ally is one of our Bridge teachers. She graduated from Quincy College with her Associates Degree. Ms. Ally has been teaching for over six years and her favorite children’s book is Pete The Cat. Ms. Ally loves “teaching because watching kids grow into these tiny humans is really fun. When they are proud of themselves for overcoming obstacles, it is super rewarding to have been part of that. I love hearing their little stories throughout the day and laughing with them.” A few of Ms. Ally’s favorite things are the color purple, cats, racoons, tacos, and reading. Ms. Ally is nominated for 2025 Teacher of The Year!

• Ms Amber

  Ms. Amber is one of our Twos teachers. She graduated from Blue Hills Regional High School. Ms. Amber has been teaching for almost five years and her favorite children’s book is If You Give A Mouse A Cookie. Ms. Amber loves “helping the kids learn new tasks and seeing how proud of themselves they are when they get it.” A few of Ms. Amber’s favorite things are the color pink, cats, Goldfish, listening to music, and singing.

• Ms Bella

  Ms. Bella is one of our Infant teachers. She graduated from Blue Hills Regional High School and she is currently attending Massasoit Community College. Ms. Bella has been teaching for over fours years and her favorite children’s book is The Cat In The Hat. Ms. Bella’s favorite thing about teaching is knowing I am a part of my students learning journey from a young age. I love that I am able to guide their developmental growth and help them reach their milestones.” A few of Ms. Bella’s favorite things are the color yellow, monkeys, apples and peanut butter, and shopping.

• Ms Christine

  Ms. Chrissy is our Chef. She graduated from Johnson and Whales University. Ms. Chrissy owned a bakery in Needham and loves baking sweet treats. Ms. Chrissy loves cooking for the children of The Goddard School because she “enjoys creating new things and seeing the smiles on the children’s faces when it’s something they love.” A few of Ms. Chrissy’s favorite things are the color purple, her Pomeranian (Trixie), chips and dips, walking outside, and traveling.

• Ms Courtney

  Ms. Courtney is one of our Kindergarten teachers. She graduated from Massasoit Community College. Ms. Courtney has been teaching for over ten years, and her favorite children’s book is Oh, The Places You’ll Go. Ms. Courtney loves teaching, because it doesn’t feel like a job; it’s fun! Watching kids learn and grasping new concepts is very rewarding.” A few of Ms. Courtney’s favorite things are the color red, elephants, ice cream, and going to the beach.

• Ms Elaine

  Ms. Elaine is one of our Floating teachers. She graduated from Massasoit Community College with her Associates Degree in Early Chilhood Education. Ms. Elaine has been teaching for over eleven years and her favorite children’s book is Room On The Broom. Ms. Elaine finds “fulfillment in watching children develop new skills and build confidence. I also love watching children develop their own personalities.” A few of Ms. Elaine’s favorite things are the color blue, snakes, ice cream, and spending time with her family and friends.

• Ms Emma

  Ms. Emma is one of our Lead PreToddler teachers. She graduated from UNH with her BA in Child Psychology. Ms. Emma has been teaching for over six years and her favorite children’s book is Goodnight Moon. Ms. Emma loves “teaching and watching the children grow and learn.” A few of Ms. Emma’s favorite things are the color pink, whales, nerd clusters, and walking outside.

• Mr Frank

  Mr. Frank is one of our Preschool teachers. Mr. Frank has been teaching for over three years, and his favorite children’s book is Don’t Let The Pigeon Drive The School Bus. Mr. Frank loves teaching because “it has been my passion. I get the opportunity to guide children through life and I get to watch them grow. It makes it all worth it!” A few of Mr. Frank’s favorite things are the color purple, flamingos, Doritos, and arts and crafts.

• Ms Julie

  Ms. Julie is one of our Toddler teachers. She graduated from Quincy College with an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. Ms. Julie has been teaching for almost twenty years, and her favorite children’s book is The Giving Tree. Ms. Julie loves “helping children learn and face new challenges. I love that each day is different and that each child brings something new and special.” A few of Ms. Julie’s favorite things are the color green, dogs, fruit, crafts, and gardening. Ms. Julie is nominated for 2025 Teacher of The Year!

• Ms Kaitlyn

  Ms. Kaitlyn is one of our Bridge teachers. Ms. Kaitlyn has been teaching for over two years, and her favorite children’s book is Itty Bitty Kittycorn. Ms. Kaitlyn loves “being able to help kids become little people and watching them grow in our classroom. I love bonding with each and every student, getting to know them, and receiving hugs every day.” A few of Ms. Kaitlyn’s favorite things are the color pink, cats, tacos, and reading. Ms. Kaitlyn is nominated for 2025 Teacher of The Year!

• Ms Kaylie

  Ms. Kaylie is one of our Preschool teachers. She graduated from Blue Hills Regional High School with a concentration in Early Childhood Education. Ms. Kaylie has been teaching for over five years and her favorite children’s book is The Very Hungry Caterpillar. Ms. Kaylie loves teaching "Preschool because I get to help little ones grow, learn, and discover the world while making each day fun and full of wonder.” A few of Ms. Kaylie’s favorite things are the color pink, polar bears, cheese and crackers, and shopping.

• Ms Keira

  Ms. Keira is one of our Toddler teachers. She graduated from Braintree High School. Ms. Keira has been teaching for over four years and her favorite children’s book is Knuffle Bunny. Ms. Keira loves “watching the children grow and reach different milestones. It feels great knowing we helped them on their journey to accomplish such big things.” A few of Ms. Keira’s favorite things are the colors pink and blue, horses, chips and dip, and anything outdoors. Ms. Keira is nominated for 2025 Teacher of The Year!

• Ms Kim

  Ms. Kim is one of our Prekindergarten teachers. She graduated from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine with her BA in Sociology with a concentration in Social Work. Ms. Kim has been teaching for over eighteen years, and her favorite children’s book is Pete The Cat. Ms. Kim loves “seeing a difference of the children throughout the year and seeing them grow as a person.” A few of Ms. Kim’s favorite things are the color fuchsia, panda bears, Skittles, reading, spending with her family, and Disney. Ms. Kim is nominated for 2025 Teacher of The Year!

• Ms Kristen

  Ms. Kristen has been our Kindergarten for over twenty years. She has a BS in Early Childhood Education from Fitchburg State University and her favorite children's book is Beekle. Ms. Kristen love teaching "because I love when one of my students first learn/master a new skill. It makes me so proud!" A few of Ms Kristen's favorite things are the colors pink and green, cats, popcorn, Hello Kitty, and spending time with her niece and nephew.

• Mr Kyle

  Mr. Kyle is one of our Toddler teachers. Mr. Kyle has been teaching for over three years, and his favorite children’s book is Cat In The Hat. Mr. Kyle loves teaching because “it is truly so amazing having the experience watching my students develop overtime and overcome obstacles.” A few of Mr. Kyle’s favorite things are the color blue, dogs, Sour Patch Kids, and spending time with my friends and family. Mr. Kyle is nominated for 2025 Teacher of The Year!

• Ms Lauren

  Ms. Lauren is one of our Lead Infant teachers. She graduated from Blue Hills Regional High School with a concentration in Early Childhood Education and attended Bridgewater State College. Ms. Lauren has been teaching for over twelve years and her favorite children’s book is Pete The Cat I Love My White Shoes. Ms. Lauren loves “teaching infants, because I get to watch their personalities blossom and I get to help support their early milestones with love and patience. A few of Ms. Laurens’s favorite things are the color pink, cats and sloths, dill pickles, and traveling. Ms. Lauren is nominated for 2025 Teacher of The Year!

• Ms Lauren

  Ms. Lauren is one of our Twos teachers and our Health & Safety Supervisor. She graduated from Curry College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Child, Youth and Community Education. Her concentration was Early Education and Care with a minor in Psychology. Ms. Lauren's favorite children's book is Harold and the Purple Crayon. Ms. Lauren has worked in childcare for over ten years. "I teach because there is an excitement and joy and suspense in the journey." A few of Ms. Lauren's favorite things are the color purple, Penguins, popcorn, the Bruins, and spending time with her nephew and two nieces.

• Ms Lisa

  Ms. Lisa is one of our Twos teachers. Ms. Lisa has been teaching for over six years and her favorite children’s book is Goodnight Moon. Ms. Lisa loves teaching “because it allows me to make a positive impact on children’s lives by fostering learning, growth, and a love of knowledge. It’s the most rewarding job.” A few of Ms. Lisa’s favorite things are the color blue, dogs, Nutella, going to concerts, sports, and spending time with her nieces.

• Ms Mackenzie

  Ms. Mackenzie is one of our Infant teachers. She graduated from Stoughton High School. Ms. Mackenzie has been teaching for over three years and her favorite children’s book is If You Give A Mouse A Cookie. Ms. Mackenzie loves teaching because “I love watching the children grow and learn. I also love watching the children interact with each other. Every day is a different achievement.” A few of Ms. Mackenzie’s favorite things are the colors green and pink, dogs, chocolate covered pretzels, and shopping.

• Ms Maura

  Ms. Maura is one of our Toddlers teachers. She graduated from Blue Hills Reginal High School and she is currently attending Massasoit Community College. Ms. Maura has been teaching for over five years and her favorite children’s book is The Rainbow Fish. Ms. Maura loves “watching the kids hit their milestones and be able to comfort them.” A few of Ms. Maura’s favorite things are the color Emerald green, tigers, Cheez-its, Skinny Pop, reading, and writing.

• Ms Meghan

  Ms. Meghan is one of our Infants teachers. She graduated from Old Colony Regional Vocational Technical High School. Ms. Meghan has been teaching for over four years and her favorite children’s book is No David. Ms. Meghan believes “it’s an honor to work with the next generation and help shape their growth, curiosity, and confidence.” A few of Ms. Meghan’s favorite things are the color green, monkeys, popcorn, crocheting, and painting.

• Ms Melanie

  Ms. Melanie is one of our Floater Teachers. She has over 10 years experience in teaching and her favorite children's book is Chicka Chicka Boom Boom. Ms. Melanie has experience in all age groups but her passion is the Infant age. Ms. Melanie loves teaching "because I love being able to watch all of my friends grow and learn new things everyday!" A few of Ms. Melanie's favorite things are the color green, giraffes, sandwiches, and fishing.

• Ms Sizerina

  Ms. Sizerina is one of our Preschool Teachers. She studied Early Childhood Education. She has over twenty years of experience working with children and her favorite book is Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See. Ms. Sizerina loves teaching "because to teach is to touch a child's life forever." A few of Ms. Sizerina's favorite things are the color green, parrots, Goldfish, and spending time with her loved ones.

• Ms Taylor

  Ms. Taylor is one of our Toddler Teachers and she has her Bachelor's of Science degree in Entertainment Management. She has over eight years experience in teaching and her favorite children's book is The Giving Tree. Ms. Taylor loves teaching "because it allows me to make a difference in students' lives. Through teaching, I am also able to learn from my students. I find joy in helping students discover their strengths and watching their confidence grow!" A few of Ms. Taylor's favorite things are the color pink, white tiger, chips, and learning a new language (Spanish).

• Ms Victoria

  Ms. Victoria is one of our Preschool teachers. Ms. Victoria has been teaching for over six years and her favorite children’s book is Dragons Love Tacos. Ms. Victoria loves teaching “because I learn and explore with the kids every day.” A few of Ms. Victoria’s favorite things are the color orange, cheetahs, yogurt, sports, and spending time with her fabulous son.

• Ms Barbara

  Ms. Barbara is one of our Prekindergarten teachers. Ms. Barbara has been teaching for over seven years, and her favorite children’s book are by Dr. Seuss. Ms. Barbara loves “teaching children and watching them grow.” A few of Ms. Barbara’s favorite things are the color Magenta, dogs, Cheez It’s, and gardening.
